Latest generation technology

EIKON makes use of the latest technology for its own contact lens production.

We use ultra-high precision CNC lathes, featuring position resolution down to 10 nanometers, air-bearing spindle and movements for best quality of the surfaces machined, and the capability of generating any geometry for contact lenses.

This includes Fast Tool Servo (FTS) technology for maximum flexibility with generating non-rotation-symmetric surfaces, and for best satisfaction of any fitting need.

EIKON is a certified manufacturer in accordance with the reference international standards, and CE mark holder for all of its manufactured and distributed products belonging to this category.

EIKON is registered manufacturer of custom medical devices as well, in accordance with the international regulation on medical devices.
